Kristal Randall, MS Ed
Kristal has over 18 years of experience as an educator, including Instructor in online Masters’ of Education program in research methodology for Marygrove College in Detroit, Michigan and Assistant Professor of Education and Reading Specialist Program Coordinator at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Enid, Oklahoma. Throughout her career, Kristal has conducted over 15 seminars and workshops covering a variety of education related topics. Prior to her collegiate employment, Kristal served students in public school systems in both Texas and Oklahoma. In 2005, Kristal was published in the Oklahoma Association of Teacher Educators Journal. To date, Kristal’s Oklahoma Teacher Certifications include Reading Specialist, Psychometry/ Educational Diagnostician, Elementary Principal, Early Childhood, Elementary Education, and Gifted and Talented.
Kristal balances her life through her faith, family and volunteerism to her community. She enjoys being a soccer referee, Cub Scout Leader, volunteering at Fairview Cornelson Elementary to read with children and help with special events, Director of the BEACH youth ministry program for grades Pre-K to 5 at Central Christian Church, and member of the diaconate at Central Christian Church.

Kimberly Houk, M Ed
Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Health/Physical Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She further completed her Master of Education from Wichita State University in Kansas in the field of Exercise Science. She has obtained teaching certifications both in Oklahoma and Kansas in Health, Physical Education, Biology, Zoology, Middle School Science, Anatomy and Physiology. She has worked as an exercise physiologist for the U.S. Air Force for 14 years. In her capacity at the Air Force she has been involved in education programs in the field of Health Promotion, to include fitness programs, weight management, stress management, tobacco cessation, time management, worksite health, and individual consultations. She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Specialist and Health/Fitness Director, as well as through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Further, she is a Licensed Corporate Wellcoach through Wellcoaches Corporation.
Along with being a mother to three active boys involved in sports, scouts, and church activities, and an Air Force spouse, she serves with her sister, Kristal Randall, as marketing and technical advisor with Knowledge Tree, LLC, and is looking forward to developing more future opportunities to assist her hometown community and northwest Oklahoma.

"Mrs. Gina" Harrison
We were so glad to welcome Mrs Gina as a trainer in the summer of 2010. She has been an invaluable member of our staff. Her extensive background with youth of all ages and her care and concern for helping everyone achieve to their highest ability has proved priceless. With her energy and enthusiasm, Mrs. Gina is a friend and helper to all.
Cassie Schlotthauer
Cassie joined our staff in January 2011 as a trainer. She has an extensive background working with youth of all ages and a heart for those who are struggling. Outside of the office, Cassie finds herself busy with her children's school activities, church, and enjoying life on their small farm with her family. We are so glad to have her here at Knowledge Tree.
Nicholas Keen
Nicholas is representing Knowledge Tree on college campuses beginning June 2011. Our Distance Brain Training program is amazing for those wanting to give themselves every edge at the collegiate and corporate levels. We are glad he has joined us.
Bailey Deutschendorf
Bailey is new to our office staff. We are so glad to have her bright, smiling face to look forward to each day.
